Leigh Ridge

With twenty years of experience in adult vocational education Leigh is well positioned to support those dealing with the complexities of academic management. Some international adult education consultancy roles have included:

• Kiribati Institute of Technology - Teaching & Learning Adviser

• Marine Training Center, Kiribati – Specialist Education Adviser 

• Adventist Development Relief Association, Mongolia - International curriculum developer and presenter

The international consultancy experience is strengthened by seventeen years employment with South Australian state government, including academic management roles.


Kate Ridge

Kate has over 15 years’ experience working in the health care industry and the vocational education and training (VET/TVET) sectors. She is a registered nurse (RN) and is licensed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. 

Kate has previously managed health care facilities and has been a programme manager of international health aid and development programme. She has worked for both private and public registered training organisations (RTOs) and has authored leadership curriculum for a nationally accredited training qualification. Kate is experienced in working with stakeholders from government officials to ultra-poor beneficiaries.

Kate remains actively involved with vocational Instructing.
